HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of order submission. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been processed and a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is ready for shipment. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

No, we currently don’t offer express shipping, but most packages will arrive within 7 business days. If you need something faster than your normal shipping window, please email us at customerservice@hazelanddot.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE/RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Yes, you are able to exchange/return your item(s) within 14 days for hazel + dot store credit. Your item(s) must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange or return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at customerservice@hazelanddot.comwith questions.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we do! Gift cards may be purchased for $25, $50, or $100. If you’d like a custom amount, please email customerservice@hazelanddot.com.

DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL LOCATION?

We do not currently have a retail location, but we do host occasional pop-up shops around the Tampa area. Be sure to join our email list for updates if you’d like to attend!

WHERE IS YOUR MERCHANDISE MADE?

We offer a selection from many different companies, but the majority is made in the US, and most of our jewelry is made in the south. Please keep in mind, as many of our pieces are handmade, all measurements are approximate
